Relationships are integral to our survival as a species and our personal happiness revolves around them. They are the source of much misery when they are not optimum. Loneliness, feeling rejected or unloved can lead to depression. Reacting instead of responding can lead to arguments and or much emotional pain.
Our lives are dictated by our feelings. Everything we say and do, including the games we play, is influenced by feelings.
Unhealthy reaction or emotional pain is due to our inability to release ourselves from these feelings. Because the cause of these feelings lay buried in our psyche we are unable to address them. If we knew what caused these feelings we would of course address them.
REACTIONS ARE CAUSED BY NEGATIVE IDENTITIES
These unhealthy feelings which cause us to react and not respond are referred to by the Mace Method as negative identities. Negative identities are always occluded otherwise we would be aware of their cause and resolve them our selves.
It is the individual who forms the basis of any relationship and therefore it is the individual’s attitudes, demeanour and emotional stability which are central to a relationship succeeding. If the relationship is not succeeding, these factors need addressing.
Any reaction to anyone is irrational and always makes the situation worse. All reaction is the result of a negative identity which has taken over. The Mace Method procedures address these negative identities allowing one to respond which is rational and pro-survival. There is a definite change in a person’s personality with the elimination of the negative identities and hence a change in vibration. Others sense this and consequently there is a change in their attitude removing any angst from the relationship.
Every negative identity is limiting baggage. The less negative identities a person has, the less likely they are upset by life and the more relationships flow.
Relationship procedure is one of the processes used in a normal Mace Method session.
